When will my subscription end?
Your subscription doesn't end untill you unsubscribe.

How can I end my subscription
To unsubscribe, sms "KEYWORD STOP" to the number where you receive the messages from. With "KEYWORD" is ment the service keyword where you are subscribed to. For example LOVE1 or RING1. Click here to view al services of Erodvdz. After unsubscribing you will receive a confirmation on your mobile phone.

I'm trying to unsubscribe but keep receiving text-messages. What can I do?
After unsubscribing you will receive a confirmation of your unsubcription. After this confirmation you will not receive anymore text-messages. If you are having trouble unsubscribing, please contact us trough the contact button in the menu.

I'm receiving your text-messages but never subcribed to any services.
It could be that you have forgotten you subcribed your self to one of our services. To subscribe to one of the services you will receive a free welcome text-message. Only after confirming with a text-message, or in some country's entering the received pincode, you can activate a subscription. When someone fills in you mobile phone number it is not possible to confirm the subscribtion (unless they have access to your mobile phone).
